PA-B high transparency film

Item No.: 019
With a high light transmittance and UV block rate,  this film is suitable for both indoor and outdoor laminated glasses, which are used for architectural and decoration projects.
Description Review
Description

PA high transparency film has the following characteristics:

1. High transmittance, low haze, effectively ensure the transparency of laminated glass

2. It has extremely high adhesion strength to glass, which can effectively improve the glass crushing safety and debris retention capacity.

3. The yellowing index is low, which ensures that the laminated glass will not have obvious yellowing phenomenon in the later period of use, and will keep beautiful.

4. High strength, high hardness, strong weather resistance, low water absorption, effective protection of dimming film, effective guarantee of the overall service life of laminated glass.

1、 Technical parameters

The following parameters are obtained by testing the film with thickness of 0.38mm:

2、 Processing technology

The processing temperature and time of different types of films in the laminating furnace are different, and the temperature and time will affect the effect of the glass, transmittance, haze, adhesive performance, etc. The following are the processing processes for ensuring the uniformity of different types of films: (Take 5+5 glass as an example)

matters needing attention:

In order to ensure the best effect after the glass is laminated, it is recommended that the customer process it in strict accordance with the above process parameters when using it. The setting of different gluing furnaces may be different from the actual temperature, and the actual temperature shall prevail when using it; If the temperature remains unchanged, the high temperature section can be extended for 10-20 minutes according to different glass thickness. In order to ensure the complete elimination of bubbles, it is recommended to vacuum for 2-3 minutes after lamination and before heating; Too high or too low temperature during processing will lead to insufficient adhesive strength of laminated glass, which is prone to delamination, bubbles and other phenomena; At the same time, transparency will decrease and haze will increase.

In order to ensure the best transparency and haze, in addition to the appropriate process, the faster the cooling speed is, the better the transparency and haze effect will be; In order not to affect the bonding strength, transparency and haze of the adhesive and glass, ensure that the glass surface is clean and dry before lamination.

3、 Product specification and packaging method:

1. Thickness: The thickness of products that our company can provide is between 0.15 and 1.52mm, and the conventional thickness is 0.25 mm,0.38mm, 0.5mm and 0.76mm. Other thicknesses are non-standard.

2. Width: ≤ 2.6m, conventional width: 2.0m, 2.25m, 2.3m, 2.4m, 2.5m.

3. Length: 50m, 70m, 100m and 150m for each roll according to different thickness.

4. Conventional packaging: pearl cotton → PE bag (vacuum) → kraft paper.

4、 Storage and use

1. Store in a cool and dry constant temperature room with temperature ≤ 30 ℃ and humidity ≤ 60%; The storage period of this product is 1 year; It is recommended to use it within half a year.

2. Do not damp the product, and repack the unused products.
